This 5-week 'Introduction to Mindfulness' course might be for you.

What you will get from this course

  • Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those familiar with mindfulness and meditation.

Introduction to Mindfulness

Classes will take place on Wednesdays from 5.30-7pm. Starting Wednesday 16 Nov 2022 until Wednesday 14 December 2022. The class each week will be one and a half hours long 5.30-7pm. There is also 30 minutes of home practice every day in between classes in your own time.

The course will be run by Aoife Fitzgerald, Msc Mindfulness-Based Interventions, UCD in the Community.
