STUDENT ACCOMMODATION University College Dublin (UCD) Accommodation rates include continental breakfast which is served in the Main Restaurant on campus. There is a shop located close to the accommodation. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available. On arrival delegates should check in at their respective accommodation receptions.
UCD Village Merville Single with shared bathroom: FULLY BOOKED Room Type: Single rooms with shared bathroom UCD village offers very basic student accommodation. Each apartment consists of four single bedrooms with two bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room. All bed linen, hand towel and basic breakfast crockery are provided. (1 bathroom per 2 single bedrooms). Couples will be accommodated in adjacent single bedrooms.
UCD Glenomena Ensuite single rooms: FULLY BOOKED Room Type: Ensuite single rooms Glenomena is a modern development, open since 2003. Glenomena apartments consist of 6 en-suite single bedrooms and shared lounge with limited kitchen facilities. Couples will be accommodated in adjacent single bedrooms.
UCD Roebuck Hall Ensuite single rooms: FULLY BOOKED Room Type: Ensuite single rooms Roebuck Hall is the new student accommodation on campus which opened in 2007. The apartments consist of 6 ensuite single bedrooms and shared lounge with limited kitchen facilities. Couples will be accommodated in adjacent single bedrooms.
Mercer Court Accommodation, Lower Mercer Street, Dublin 2 - Two Star FULLY BOOKED The Mercer Court is situated next to Dublin’s famous Grafton Street and St. Stephen’s Green. It offers student affordable bed and breakfast accommodation in an excellent location – close to many of Dublin’s bars, restaurants, museums, theaters, shopping districts and visitor attractions. All rooms include en-suite, DD telephone, TV, towels and linen. This accommodation is 5 km from UCD.

SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

Self Catering Apartments, Dublin 4 – Four Star
Located in Ringsend in Dublin 4 which is 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre and 5 km from UCD. These self catering two bedroom apartments are finished to a very high standard. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, sitting room with television and balcony. Please state on your registration form the name of the person you would like to share the apartment with otherwise we will allocate another participant to share the apartment with you. The number 3 bus leaves every 15 minutes from around the corner from the apartments which goes to into the city centre and to UCD.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Buswells Hotel, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 – Three Star Georgian hotel offering every modern amenity, yet retaining the charm of its Georgian era. Located in the quiet, elegant Molesworth Street, just minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street and within easy reach of the City’s major attractions. The hotel is 5 km from UCD. The number 10 bus leaves every 10 minutes from the city centre which goes to UCD.
Ballsbridge Inn, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 – Four Star This is a long established hotel located in Ballsbridge in a traditional style with a twist, the ground floor is a food hall with various restaurants and bars. Rooms are finished to a high standard and are traditional in style with ensuite bathrooms.The hotel is 3 km from UCD. The number 10 bus is five minutes walking distance and goes straight to UCD every 10 minutes or the 84 bus from outside the hotel goes once an hour to UCD

Radisson SAS St Helen’s Hotel – Five Star Located 0.8 km from UCD on the Stillorgan dual-carriageway, this hotel is one of Dublin’s newest 5 star hotels. The following rates are per room per night and include full Irish breakfast with the exception of UCD, Mercer Court Accommodation, and IMI Residence which includes continental breakfast. There is no breakfast included in the Self Catering Apartments or the Ballsbridge Inn. Service charge and all taxes are included.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellation fee 2 nights accommodation charges will be retained for accommodation cancelled after the 15th May 2008. €20 administration fee will be charged for any changes to an accommodation booking after 15th May 2008.

All of the hotels are pre paid for the accommodation on 15th June, any accommodation cancelled after 15th June will be charged in full.
