Upcoming registration dates:

  • Friday, 19 September - online module registration will close at 5pm.
    After this date, ask your School or College Office to make any changes to Autumn Trimester modules.
  • Friday, 31 October is the deadline for:
    • Dropping unwanted Autumn modules.
    • Applying for a Leave of Absence (where permitted).
    • Withdrawing from your Programme.
  • You will have an opportunity in early January 2026 to review your Spring Trimester module registration.
    Keep an eye on the key dates page for updates.
  • Incoming Stage 1 Undergraduates can pick their Elective module (if required) during the Spring Trimester registration window in January 2026.

Last day of the Registered Term for:

  • 2024/2025 September - 31 August 2025
  • 2024/2025 January - 31 December 2025
  • 2024/2025 May - 18 May 2026
  • 2025/26 September - 31 August 2026

Access to most IT services you are entitled to, as a registered student, will end on the last day of the term.
