The Student Desk (including phone line, walk-in service & connector) will close on 23 December at 13:00 for the Christmas break. All our services will reopen on 2 January 2026 at 10:00.
Chatbot Rua remains open 24/7 through the Christmas period.

Call us on 01 716 1555. Our phone lines are open from 10:00 - 13:00 & 14:00 - 16:00, Monday - Friday. Note, due to data protection we can only discuss specific details of a student's account with the student themselves.
