Friends of UCD was established in 1993 to further the education of students of University College Dublin and to apply for monies in advancing education and in such a manner as shall after consultation be agreed between Friends of UCD and University College Dublin
Friends of UCD is a registered charity with the Charity Commission in England and Wales (No.1033038 and a registered company in England & Wales (No.2843001). Any donations received by Friends of UCD are considered relevant gifts for the purposes of making a claim repayment of tax under the Gift Aid scheme.
