IEHG/UCD Virtual Grand Rounds – Mullingar, 24th September

UCD Health Affairs and (opens in a new window)Ireland East Hospital Group (IEHG) are launching their third Virtual Grand Round in September.

Join us virtually for IEHG/UCD Virtual Grand Rounds presented by Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar, on Friday 24th September 2021 at 8am.

Both cases for discussion were complex interesting cases involving transfer between Mullingar and MMUH and involving multidisciplinary teams so it promises to be another highly educational and interactive meeting.

There will be a surgical case presentation entitled “Segmental Arterial Mediolysis” presented by Ms. Czara Kennedy, Surgical SpR and Mr. Des Toomey starting at 8am.

 This will be followed by a medical case presentation entitled “A fall into the unknown “ presented by Dr. Clare Fallon Consultant Geriatrician and GIM Physician and Dr. Shane Smyth, Consultant Neurologist at 08:30.
