Court & Legal Proceedings
The Director of Legal Services must be informed before legal advice is sought and will provide information, advice and contacts as follows:
- Advice and/or guidance regarding options and possible approaches to legal proceedings including potential alternatives or settlements.
- UCD Legal will co-ordinate contact with UCD’s preferred solicitors in the event of legal proceedings being pursued.
