School of Politics and International Relations

The Registrar, Dr. Philip Nolan, attended the inaugural UCD School of Politics and International Relations (SPIRe) Christmas Party for its postgraduate students on the evening of Wednesday, 30 November in the Astra Hall. This event brought together students and staff from over 34 different nationalities who participate in the School’s 12 different postgraduate programmes.

The students were welcomed by the Head of School, Professor Attracta Ingram, who outlined the opportunities ahead for the School. Dr. Nolan praised the leadership, past and present, of the School for its innovative and progressive approach to postgraduate studies in Politics and International Relations, and wished all the students well for the academic year.
