<p>Parkland trees to 30-35 m with white, pink or yellow flowers in May succeeded in autumn by fruits known as 'conkers'.&nbsp; <em>Aesculus hippocastanum</em> and <em>Aesculus x carnea</em> are the most commonly planted Horse Chestnuts in Ireland.</p>
