Dr Casci described the Research Culture Programme which started at Glasgow about 5 years ago. A better research culture is not an alternative to excellence, but rather it is what will enable more of us to excel. She detailed their Research Culture Action Plan which describes how they Support what they value, Reward what they value, Celebrate what they value and Measure how they are doing.
