[NEW] MA in Languages and Image Studies

The MA in Language and Image Studies invites students to acquire new language skills, or to refresh and extend their knowledge of language(s) already studied. At the same time, MALI students will develop their critical and analytical thinking via image-centred modules taught from a global perspective by in-house School experts.

MA in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics

The MA Linguistics and Applied Linguistics introduces students to current research approaches, methods and theories in core areas of Linguistics. Students acquire fundamental skills in linguistic analysis and its effective application to a wide range of real life language-based phenomena and issues from around the world.

MA Modern Languages

The MA in Modern Languages offers students with a high level of attainment in one or more foreign languages at undergraduate level an opportunity to pursue specialist study.

Dedicated academic staff offer advanced education across the subject areas of French, German, Italian and Spanish, their cultures and languages.

Graduate Diploma in Localisation

Applications for this programme are currently closed. 

The Graduate Diploma in Localisation develops your skill set for employment in the localisation sector in Ireland and globally. It fosters an understanding of how intercultural, linguistic, sociocultural knowledge and investigation methods can be successfully engaged to design culturally and socially sensitive and appropriate products for different global markets.
