Earth Institute coffee morning research talk with Dr Brian Leonard, UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science. Generational renewal in farming is crucial to the future of the sector. Brian’s research to date has focussed on the ways in which farm succession and inheritance decisions are impacted by society and policy. In addition, Brian will discuss farm diversification as a way to diversify agriculture and rural economies.
