Christoph Glaser, CEO of(opens in a new window)TLEX Europe and Managing Director of the World Forum for Ethics in Business, will deliver an interactive guest lecture at MoLi as part of the MSCA C-NEWTRAL Doctoral Summer School, supported by the UCD Earth Institute.

Christoph brings over 15 years of management experience and has introduced TLEX in more than 50 countries, working with many international organisations - conducting leadership, well-being, resilience, and ethics programs. His experience with diverse cultures and understanding of global socio-economic and political contexts have enabled him to establish several public-private partnerships for social development. He has published the bestselling book ATMEN ("Breathe"), showing how to reduce stress and boost performance in just 12 minutes per day.

This interactive session, open to all academics, researchers, and professional staff, will explore self-management and striving for excellence, offering participants practical techniques and insights on resilience, self-management, and well-being.
