Bursar Update - 2nd July 2025
Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to you to provide you with an update on Workday Go-Live
We have now entered into a period of transition or ‘cutover’ from our legacy ERP systems to Workday. As we prepare for Go-Live on July 8th, our finance teams are working extensively to ensure that our cutover to Workday is as seamless as possible. You will notice that you no longer have access to eFinancials and eProcurement as we await for the Workday system to be available to you on the UCD Connect landing page.
Thank you all for the incredible response to training with 1800 colleagues signed up via our booking centre. Training is available to everyone who requires it and we encourage you to book training close to when you expect to carry out tasks in Workday. Further training resources and course dates will be added shortly. Support and training will continue after Workday goes Live, with many more offerings in August and September.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement as we prepare for this change that will simplify, add value and improve many of our work processes long into the future.
