STANDARDIZE Workshop 2.0

We ran our second workshop on developing standardised residential construction details for light gauge steel LGS Category 2 MMC. Many thanks to all the industry members, representative bodies, NSAI and building control professionals for attending the workshop and being so open, engaging and proactive. 

The Construct Innovate Standardize project will be a significant step forward for MMC in Ireland. The project is funded by Enterprise Ireland and is being led by University College Dublin, University of Galway and in collaboration with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. Many thanks to the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) for hosting our workshop at the CIFDigicon2025 Conference, Dublin, in particular Denise Tuffy.
