Characters in Conversation - Dave Fanning BA & Conor McPherson BA MA
RTÉ presenter Dave Fanning (BA '75) and Conor McPherson (BA '91 MA '94), two of UCD's most illustrious alumni will take part in the first in a series of 'Characters in Conversation' - on Wednesday 16 September at 7.15pm.
Eavesdrop on their conversation as they recall their student days at UCD, relive days in DramSoc and bring us up to date with their successful careers in radio and drama.
This event is the first in the UCD Development and Alumni Relations' 'Characters in Conversation' series, part of an ongoing events programme designed to welcome our alumni back to the campus and showcase the illustrious 'characters' who have emerged from UCD.
The event will also celebrate the launch of the new version of the UCD Alumni magazine, UCD Connections. The magazine has been revamped to celebrate alumni achievements and to foster alumni relations through engagement with the University.
Register online to buy tickets @ €20 per person (including wine reception). Purchase your tickets before Wednesday 9 September and be included in a special draw for two tickets to attend Conor's play 'The Birds' at The Gate on Friday 9 October.
