PhD Opportunity: Self-talk

This sport psychology project explores self-talk and organic inner dialogue, aiming to enhance performance and self-regulation. It develops an intervention using cue words to improve self-talk patterns in athletes. The project investigates how structured self-talk strategies influence natural thought processes and contribute to more effective mental regulation during performance.
