SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Follow the guidelines below when preparing an abstract for oral or poster presentation. Participants are highly encouraged to ensure there are no typing errors before submission. Only abstracts following the submission guidelines will be reviewed.

CONTENT
Write your abstract in 2000 characters. A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions. References and non-standard abbreviations should be avoided.
TITLE
The title should be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
AUTHORS
Provide full names for all authors. The presenting author must be listed first, followed by the co-author’s name. Please underline the presenting author. The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*). Provide the email address of the corresponding author and presenting author.
AFFILIATIONS
Present the authors’ affiliation addressed (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a superscript number immediately after the author’s name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name.
KEYWORDS
Provide 3-5 keywords for the abstract.

INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
ORAL PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
Duration: The allotted time for each speaker excluding Q&A session is 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Format: Presentations should be prepared using PowerPoint (PPT).
Submission: Please note that you can submit your presentation prior to your scheduled presentation slot three days before the symposium.
Equipment: A laptop, projector, and laser pointer will be provided at the venue.
POSTER PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
Poster Size: The maximum dimensions allowed for the posters are A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
Printing: Please bring a printed copy of your poster to the event. On-site printing will not be available.
Mounting: Posters will be mounted on provided boards using velcro. You will be instructed about your assigned poster location upon arrival.
Poster Evaluation: The poster viewing session will take place throughout the event and we request that you be available to present your poster to the judges during the poster sessions.
For publication opportunities, you may submit your manuscript to a journal (to be confirmed). Selected papers will be published as Conference Special Issue, please note that submitted papers will undergo the normal peer review process and conditions of the respective journals.
