The list comes from a collection of letters sent to George Mason-Villiers, Viscount Villiers and 2nd Earl Grandison, from Cavin Delane about the family's financial situation in 1778. The list details the names of annuitants and amount due to each. Details are sparse, but it is possible this annuities were part of a tontine raised against the Grandison's lrish landholdings.
