This document contains the amended rules of the New Friendly Brothers' Tontine Society, a mutual aid organisation established in Dublin in 1867.

The society's primary objectives were to provide funeral benefits for members and their wives, offer financial assistance during illness, and distribute surplus funds annually among members. Membership was restricted to healthy individuals under forty years of age who could earn at least £1 per week and were not members of other sick relief societies.

Members paid weekly contributions of 1s. 1d. with an entrance fee of 5s. Sickness benefits operated on a tiered system: members received 12s. per week for the first 13 weeks of illness, decreasing to 6s. for the next 13 weeks, then 3s. for a final 13 weeks. To claim benefits, members needed a doctor's certificate and were subject to visits from other members. The society maintained strict rules against fraud, with members found to be working while claiming sick benefits facing expulsion.

Upon a member's or member's wife's death, the society provided £4 4s. for funeral expenses, with each member contributing an additional 2 shillings as a mortality payment.
