Employers participating in the programme have recognised the high calibre of our students and increasingly consider internship opportunities as a fundamental part of their graduate recruitment strategy. An internship allows the employer to see how much potential a student has to offer, providing key insights into their skillset and work ethic. Many of our employers offer students graduate positions based on their internship experience.
