Statement of Results

How to access an electronic Statement of Results

If you began your degree from the year 2006 onwards, you can access your Statement of Results online via SISWeb immediately free of charge by following the steps below:

  1. Log into SISWeb (your username is your UCD student number. If you have never changed your password, it will be your 6-digit date of birth (format DDMMYY). If you can't remember your student number, please AskUs.
  2. Current students, go to Registration, Fees & Assessment > My Official Documents > Electronic Documents.
  3. Alumnus, go to Academic Services > Official Documents > Electronic Documents. 
  4. "Enable" your documents for verification by clicking the "click to enable access" button to the right of the Statement of Results.
  5. Click on "Statement of Results" to download a pdf of the document.

How to order a hard copy Statement of Results

If you began your progamme prior to 2006, your Statement of Results is not available online.  You can order a hard copy of your Statement of Results by following the steps below:

  1. Log in (opens in a new window)SISWeb (your username is your UCD student number).  If you have never changed your password it will be your 6-digit date of birth (format DDMMYY).  If you can't remember your student number, please AskUs.
  2. If you are a current student, navigate to Registration, Fees & Assessment > My Official Documents > Request Hard Copy Documents
  3. If you are an alumnus, Navigate to Academic Services > Official Documents > Request Hard Copy Documents. 
  4. Go to New Request, click "Alternative Address/comments/contact info" button (enter your contact info & any additional comments if required.  Click save)
  5. Choose Statement of Results from the document list
  6. Proceed to Checkout - Statement of Results is €10 (this includes postage).  You will be sent 2 sets of Statement of Results for each order.

Documents cannot be processed unless a completed application is received by the Student Desk.

UCD treats the fraudulent duplication or amendment of its official documents as a serious offence. Any such action will be considered a breach of UCD Regulations & will trigger disciplinary procedures. Such matters may also constitute a criminal offence &, as such, are liable to be reported to An Garda Síochána.
