AHEAD Conference

Kathie Orr presenting the Rethink Ireland-funded Pathways to the Professions project at the AHEAD annual conference 'Bridging the Gap'. Working collaboratively with students and employers, the project provides an inclusive model for employment focusing on early career success in the professions to ensure they are representative of our diverse society. One of the outputs will be an Inclusive Workplaces toolkit and micro-training.
