Summer Schools
Summer School Opportunities
UCD Access and Lifelong Learning gives future students the chance to experience life on campus through the organisation of different summer school programmes.
Those week long events give students the opportunity to discover student life and explore the academic and social life which is offered to UCD students.

Residential Summer School
Every year, students participating in the UCD Future You Mentoring programme are invited to take part in our Residential Summer School.
Over the course of 4 days, 60 5th year students get the chance to experience life on campus, gain insight on the life of UCD students and make new friends.
They get to take part in a range of academic workshops to discover new subjects and get familiar with academic methodology. The workshops are delivered by UCD lecturers and focus on topics studied by first year students.
Because being a student isn't limited to studying, participants also get a chance to discover the different clubs and societies they can join at UCD. Different activities are organised by the Drama Society, the Sports clubs and other UCD student led groups.
