Modern Studies in Commercial Law
Modern Studies in Commercial Law is a research platform co-created by UCD CCLE in partnership with Centre for Commercial Law and Financial Regulation (Reading) and Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law (Swansea). Its aim is to assist commercial lawyers disseminate the findings of projects, scholarly views and academic outputs. Its purpose is to bring together scholars, practitioners and policymakers in order to develop an interdisciplinary approach in broad areas of commercial law and, thereby, stimulate debate over the recent legal and regulatory developments in the field.
