Luminex MAGPIX

Flexible multiplexing in the range of 1 to 100 analytes meets the needs of a wide variety of applications such as protein expression profiling, focused gene expression profiling, autoimmune disease, genetic disease, molecular infectious disease, and HLA testing.
Requires less than 50 µl of sample. Shortened time-to-results by favourable reaction kinetics. Faster, more reproducible results than ELISA. Reduced cost and labour by multiplexing.

Agilent Seahorse XF Pro Analyser

Measures oxygen consumption (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR/PER) of live cells in a 96-well format. Features better OCR precision at low rates, verified instrument performance and repeatability specifications, optimised temperature control, automation enabled. OCR and ECAR or PER are key indicators of mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis plus ATP production rate. Providing a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function in cultured cells and ex vivo samples.
