Data Analysis & Software
Specialist analysis pipelines address applications including protein modification (PTM) analysis, de novo peptide sequencing, expression proteomics, data-independent and data-dependent analysis (DIA, DDA). We use multicore processes operating on both Windows and Linux systems.

Statement on files
Raw file sizes from mass spectrometry experiments are very large and there is limited storage capacity. In general, we search your raw data (MS and MS/MS spectra) using appropriate software and provide you with the results (normally a spreadsheet of protein identities and relative abundances). However, after 12 months we will delete both sets of files. We will advise you on how to store and interpret your files, but it the user's responsibility to ensure that they collect or download their own files before this date.
Statistical Data Analysis of Protein Quantities
Proteomic data analysis by mass spectrometry reveals the identity of many proteins in your sample. When comparing two conditions, scientists often want to know which proteins have been up-regulated or down-regulated. This information is generated by statistical analysis using biological replicates for experiments and controls.
