Imelda is Sutherland Full Professor of European Law. Her research is on EU law and governance, with a focus on competition law. Her most recent project is on law and hope. She sits on the editorial boards of several journals and is currently Senior Vice-President of the Royal Irish Academy.

Karen M. Anderson is Professor of Social Policy and Head of School. She received her PhD in political science from the University of Washington (Seattle) and has held positions at universities in the Netherlands and Great Britain. Her research focuses on comparative social policy development, financialization and non-state social policy, and the impact of Europeanization on national welfare states.

Caitriona Devery works as the research manager in the Earth Institute, UCD's environmental and sustainability research institute. She previously worked in UCD's School of Politics and International Relations (SPIRe) and the central Research Office. She has over ten years' experience in research management and administration including European funding.

Roderick Jones obtained a Chemistry PhD in the areas of synthesis and flow chemistry from the University of Tasmania. Moving to Dublin in 2011, he has completed IRC and SFI affiliated Fellowships joining UCD Chemical Engineering (2019) working at the interfaces of chemistry specialising in pharmaceutical and sustainable synthesis.

Aidan Regan is an Associate Professor of Political Economy at the School of Politics and International Relations (SPIRe) at UCD. His research is focused on the comparative and international political economy of European integration. He is the programme director of the MSc in European Governance - UCD’s double degree programme with the University of Utrecht - and the MEconSC in European Public Affairs and Law at UCD.
Karl Whelan has been Professor of Economics at University College Dublin since 2007. Previously, he worked for the Central Bank of Ireland and the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. Prof. Whelan has published extensively in the area of applied macroeconomics and is a member of the Royal Irish Academy.
