Gaeltacht UCD provides Irish language courses for those who wish to learn or improve their Irish. All Gaeltacht UCD teaching materials are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) guidelines. It is important to register early for the courses to ensure that you are allocated a place. The following courses are available only to current UCD students and staff.
LEVEL A1: Suitable for those with no prior knowledge of the language e.g. international students
DAY: Tuesday or Wednesday (choose one course only)
TIME: 17:30 - 19:00
DURATION: 10 weeks (one class per week)

REGISTRATION FEE: Exempt from registration fee
LEVEL A1: Suitable for those with no prior knowledge of the language e.g. international/visiting staff
DAY: Wednesday
TIME: 17:30 - 19:00
DURATION: 10 weeks (one class per week)

LEVEL A1: Suitable for those who attended A1 classes previously and who wish to continue at this level

LEVEL B1: Suitable for those who have experience with the language and who wish to progress
