Agri-sustainability start-up ODOS raises €680,000 funding

Climate action agi-food startup (opens in a new window)ODOS, a joint University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin spin-out, has raised €680,000 in its latest funding round.
The company is developing technology that enables co-operatives and farmers to measure, report, and verify their environmental impact, keeping up with growing climate and regulatory demands.
Already working with co-operatives and food companies across Europe, with this new investment it plans to expand its technological capabilities and enter new markets.
Co-founded by Alejandro Vergara and Cian White, both former researchers, ODOS been assisted by the knowledge transfer teams at NovaUCD and at Trinity and is currently supported by Spanish accelerator Lanzadera, located in Valenica.

This latest round of funding was led by CAPSA Food with the participation of Tech Transfer Agri-food (TTAF), an investment platform of Clave Capital, and Angels Capital.
