Please Note: The Student Health Service does not store external medical or vaccine records, please ensure you attend your appointment with original hard copies. Records can be brought to any Health Screening appointments (preferably the initial appointment). If failing to do so a 'Record Check' appointment will be required at an additional fee of €20.
