Ucard Prerequisites

All students must complete the UCD student registration process fully.

1. Login to your SISWeb profile, click on "My Registration"
2. Accept the UCD terms & Conditions.
3. Click on "My Registration" again.
4. Click the "Confirm Registration" button.

You will receive an email to your UCDConnect email account confirming your registration.

Students must upload a passport style photo to their profile on SISWeb.

Please Login to your SISWeb profile and upload a clear, passport style photo.

Click here to upload your photo on SISWeb.

Only jpg files may be uploaded. Maximum file size is 50kb.

*If you are having issues uploading a photo, you may email (opens in a new window)ucard@ucd.ie 

• using your UCDConnect email account, 
• with the subject line ‘Photo Upload’
• and include your student number 
• and a copy of the photo you wish to use.
