A virtual Help Desk and language consultation service is available every trimester at the start of term.
Virtual Help Desk Appointments
Language advisors will be available to answer your queries via drop-in Zoom slots to give advice regarding language levels and registration to our language modules.
The languages available and Zoom links are live in the table below. We will use the Zoom waiting room function to allow queries to be handled individually and to respect privacy and you will be 'admitted' from the waiting room as soon as the language advisor has finished the previous query. To ensure that we can get to as many people & queries as possible, we ask that these slots are used for brief 5-10 minute queries.
