Fangting Bai (PhD candidate), attended AlgaEurope 2025 in Riga, Latvia, and delivered an oral presentation entitled “Towards a Circular Food System: Biomass Profile, Antioxidant Activities, and Cytotoxicity of Marine and Freshwater Microalgae Cultivated on Anaerobic Digestate.” The presentation highlighted the potential of cultivating microalgae on anaerobic digestate for sustainable and safe biomass production, contributing to circular food systems.
