Entry Requirements

Candidates with a strong foundation in Physics, as demonstrated by the achievement of an undergraduate degree in Physics are eligible to apply. A minimum of an upper second-class honours or equivalent is required for entry. 

Students who do not have English as their first language should meet UCD requirements for English Language.

PhD candidates should contact potential supervisors that will support the research and, after consultation with the Programme Directors, then develop a research proposal.
