About Financial Planning and Management Accounting (FPMA)

FPMA is the section in the UCD Finance Office dealing with Planning and Budgeting, Management Accounting and Reporting, Finance Systems and the provision of financial support in Colleges, Schools and Support Areas. College Accountants, Finance Managers and Directors of Finance have responsibility for providing financial support locally within Colleges and Support Areas to College Principals, Heads and other users. The Director of Financial Planning and Management Accounting, Eamonn O'Neill, has overall responsibility for the function and for co-ordinating and supporting the Finance Managers.
