Convex Selects DOCOsoft’s New AI-Powered Claims Management System

Convex, with operations in Bermuda, the UK and Europe, selected DOCOsoft Vew following a strategic review of future claims technology requirements.

DOCOsoft Vew is a next-generation, cloud-native claims management system designed to empower (re)insurers with real-time oversight, API-first integration, and AI-driven analytics. Built on a microservices architecture and hosted on Microsoft Azure, DOCOsoft Vew is designed to support both Blueprint Two, Lloyd’s ambitious digital transformation strategy, and international market requirements. 

Convex’s selection of DOCOsoft Vew reflects the common commitment of both companies to innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. DOCOsoft and Convex will now work closely to configure the platform’s capabilities to Convex’s unique business requirements as a global P&C specialty (re)insurer.
