Centred on Capabilities, the roadmap identifies the key Projects required to evolve the University's Architecture towards the desired future state.

It provides a structured path forward, facilitating confident decision-making in the face of complexity. Additionally, it acts as a communication tool to enhance collaboration and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation journey.
