What is happening:
IT Services are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our IT Helpdesk service and incident management system. To facilitate the transition, our IT Support Hub and IT Helpdesk service will be unavailable from 5:30pm on Wednesday, 10 December until 10:00am on Thursday, 11 December. To ensure a clean transition, we are resolving older or inactive tickets. If your issue persists , please reopen the ticket after 10am on Thursday 11th and our team will be happy to assist you further.

All staff and student users of the IT Helpdesk service.
