End-of-year message from the President

As the year draws to a close, UCD President Professor Orla Feely reflects on some of the successes over the past year in University College Dublin, and thanks all those who helped to make them happen.

In her message to the UCD community, and all the partners, friends and supporters of the University, President Feely outlines the major work underway to transform the Belfield campus, how UCD is focused on responding to the major challenges facing the world, and some of the achievements of UCD students and graduates over the past year.

“It continues to be my great personal honour to serve as President of a university that truly transforms the lives of so many people, and contributes so much to society, culture and economy, in Ireland and around the world,” said UCD President Professor Orla Feely.

“To our 10,000 plus new graduates from 2025, I wish you every success as you set out to forge your future careers.”
