UCD HR aims to provide information to help new staff and faculty become familiar with the university and their new role. They also assist management to support that process effectively. This is delivered through a number of different learning and development providers from across the university.
Postdocs in UCD are entitled to three days development per year. They also have the full support of a dedicated team whose mission is to provide them with relevant, high-quality training and career development opportunities for both academic and other roles.
