Use of the Student Centre is provided to registered UCD Student Organisations free of Charge. However it is the role of Student Centre management to allocate the space between the many competing organisations and to ensure that the Centre continues to be kept in excellent condition for future generations of Students.
The Students' Union and all Recognised Student Societies and Clubs in UCD are entitled to an online booking account with the UCD Student Centre.

Bookings which are due to take place more than 3 weeks in advance may be considered if they meet our strategically important events criteria.
**We are not currently permitting events which use alcohol**
