**Note Covid 19 Restrictions**

UCD Student Centre has changed how we provide our services to ensure a safe environment for our students, customers and staff during the Covid-19 pandemic. Event organisers now have a responsibility to ensure that events are provided in a safe manner which adhere to Covid-19 guidelines and UCD Student Centre will support all of our event organisers in that effort.

Use of the Student Centre is provided to registered UCD Student Organisations free of Charge. However it is the role of Student Centre management to allocate the space between the many competing organisations and to ensure that the Centre continues to be kept in excellent condition for future generations of Students.

The Students' Union and all Recognised Student Societies and Clubs in UCD are entitled to an online booking account with the UCD Student Centre. This account allows you to book available space in certain facilities up to 3 weeks in advance. The online booking system is now open agan

Bookings which are due to take place more than 3 weeks in advance may be considered if they meet our strategically important events criteria.

Events requiring alcohol must request an alcohol permit, alcohol permits require a minimum of 48 hours to process. To apply please click here

Facilities in the Student Centre may be hired by internal UCD Clients such as UCD Colleges, Schools and support units.

The Student Centre’s Internal rates will be used for these events and bookings.
