Mindfulness Offerings for UCD Employees

Introduction to Mindfulness

Please join me, Aoife Fitzgerald, for a gentle ‘Introduction to Mindfulness for UCD employees’ in-person course starting on Thursday November 9 - December 7, 2023. The course will run for 5 weeks every Thursday from 4.30pm - 6.00pm.

The course is suitable for beginners and would also be beneficial for those who may have some prior experience and are looking to renew a mindfulness practice.  

We will be looking at what mindfulness is (and what it is not) and how it works; we will be experiencing a variety of different mindfulness practices both together in the group and at home during the week, and we will be exploring ways in which we can bring more mindful awareness into our daily lives.  

The techniques we will be exploring have been shown to enhance well-being, mood and emotional resilience so please do get in touch. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Lunchtime Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Please join me, Aoife Fitzgerald, for lunchtime drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions. This will be a chance to bring some mindfulness into your working week. Suitable for those with even a small bit of mindfulness experience who are looking to renew their practice.

Starting on Thursday November 9 - December 7, 2023. The drop-in sessions will run for 5 weeks every Thursday from 1.15pm - 1.45pm. No need to book, just show up.
