CURRENT UPDATE

We are delighted to announce that we are reopening the UCD University Club on Tuesday, 4 August. We would like to once again thank you for maintaining your membership throughout the forced closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The UCD University Club is committed to supporting the community we are at the heart of and we are delighted to announce that we are welcoming non-members and guests throughout the month of August, allowing us the opportunity to support our friends in this difficult and challenging road to recovery.

What will reopening look like:

The health and safety of our members, visitors and staff is our highest priority. We will be strictly complying with the advice and instructions given by the HSE. As such we will take a cautious and staged approach to reopening the facilities. This will be constantly reviewed and amended as and when sufficient demand and mass is reached, and in line with Government directives.

In the meantime, our initial operating hours for our phase 1 reopening will be as follows:

Club Café
Open for takeaways to go or to enjoy in the Club facilities
Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 15:00
Saturday - Closed

Boardrooms
For your socially distanced meeting needs
08:30 to 18:00

The Club Bar and Restaurant will remain closed for the first phase of reopening, however, if you have a group booking we would be delighted to accommodate you.

A Message from the President

Welcome to the UCD University Club.

The Club provides a space and place where our University community meet together socially and professionally, and where we offer hospitality to visiting faculty, alumni and partners of the University.

Encompassing O’Reilly Hall, the UCD University Club provides the ideal venue for the meetings, conferences, dinners and receptions associated with the activities of Ireland’s Global University. We also welcome the wider community to use the facilities when they are not being used for University activities.
