Designed by renowned architects Scott Tallon Walker, as an extension to UCD O’Reilly Hall, the Club is an elegant and warm space for all our members and their guests.
Set across two floors, the rooms are perfect for both business and leisure, designed in a flexible style to facilitate meetings, workshops, events and private dining.
The Common Room, restaurant, café, bar, and meeting room facilities each has their own unique style and character.
Menus are designed by our catering team, celebrating seasonality and Irish food provenance, to create exciting and healthy menu selections.
The University Club offers a great selection of dining options available during your visit. From a more formal setting in our restaurant providing excellent cuisine accompanied by a sumptuous wine selection to a more casual meal in our cafe, there is always something to cater to your specific taste
15 years ago Mary-Beth started at UCD as Conference and Events Manager with her proficient experience in hotels, hospitality and events. In 2020 she took up the role of Operations Manager for the UCD University Club and O’Reilly Hall.
In her free time, she supports her two boys, indulges in Musical Theatre and plays tennis at her local club.
A key member of the team since 2019 prior to the opening of the UCD University Club. With a great number of years of experience at some of Ireland's most successful hotels, she places great emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
When not in the office Anne Marie is an avid rugby supporter, loves the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends and is always up for a laugh.
Food and Beverage Manager for Knights Catering at the UCD University Club he is delighted to be part of the original opening team. Ilie moved from Romania, Transylvania, to Ireland in 2011 after completing his studies with a six-month plan but decided to extend his stay and glad that he did. With extensive five-star hotel experience, you can expect to be warmly and professionally welcomed by him.
An established Conference Manager who has extensive expertise in the execution of events has strong organisation and event planning skills with demonstrated experience within the Higher Education Industry.
Fiona is an avid runner although she would say –“more of a fast walk”, has an interest in food and loves to cook – she is never happier than when creating a wholesome dish for friends and family.
