Membership Renewal

UCD University Club members are required to renew their membership on an annual basis (with the exception of UCD Staff Members who are on a rolling monthly salary deduction). A renewal reminder email will be sent to you in advance of your membership expiry with details of your membership renewal. Payment can be made online via the renewal email, or you can also contact us on 01 716 2622 to submit your payment by phone, or visit our reception desk in person.

Membership Card Options

Setting up your QR code

Each member will receive a unique QR code designated to your own name and membership profile. You will need to scan your QR code at reception each time you visit the UCD University Club. This process will ensure quick and safe contactless access to the facilities.
You have the option to possess your QR code either on a physical membership card or on a virtual membership card on your phone.

Physical Membership Card

Upon completion of your UCD University Club registration, you will be presented with a membership card which contains your personal QR code. Replacement cards can also be provided at our reception desk if your card has been lost or stolen. If you would like your new membership card to be mailed to a postal address then please contact

Please email to request a virtual membership card. We will then send you an email outlining the steps of how to download your virtual card to the home screen of your phone.
