Membership Renewal

UCD University Club members are required to renew their membership on an annual basis (with the exception of UCD Staff Members who are on a rolling monthly salary deduction). A renewal reminder email will be sent to you in advance of your membership expiry with details of your membership renewal. Payment can be made online via the renewal email, or you can also contact us on 01 716 2622 to submit your payment by phone, or visit our reception desk in person.

Membership System

Club Membership Card

Upon completion of your UCD University Club registration, you will be presented with a membership card which contains your personal QR code. Please collect your membership card from the club reception, however if you would like your new membership card to be mailed to a postal address then please contact membership.club@ucd.ie. Replacement cards can also be provided at our reception desk if your card has been lost or stolen.

Checking In

It is essential that all members check in when they visit the club. This is done by scanning your membership card at the scanner which is located at the club reception. If you have guests with you, you must advise the club receptionist how many guests you are bringing in with you. The club policy is that you are allowed to invite up to 3 guests when visiting the club at any given time.
