The New UCD Village Residences
The UCD Village is an exciting new addition to the UCD Residences Community. Located on the Belfield Campus, the UCD Village offers state-of-the-art student accommodation in a safe, communal environment, and is only a short walk from UCD's world-class academic and sports facilities.
Phase 1 of the UCD Village is comprised of over 900 student bedrooms across Blocks D and E, and the flagship Village Centre.

UCD Village Halls
Our Village Halls rooms are spread across Blocks D and E. Village Halls apartments offer a contemporary shared living experience with bright, cosy bedrooms with study spaces. The rooms have access to large shared, modern fitted kitchen and living areas, with some apartments benefitting from elevated views.

UCD Village 1
Our Village 1 rooms are spread across the UCD Village Residences. These rooms offer superb bedroom and study spaces, with access to a contemporary shared kitchen and living room area to further enhance the experience of living in a stylish, ultra-modern student apartment.

UCD Village 2
Our Village 2 rooms provide stunning, elevated views of the surrounding Dublin area, with a number of rooms also benefitting from a south-facing aspect. The platinum bedrooms provide a cosy sanctuary for study and rest, and are located in ultra-modern apartments with access to contemporary shared living and kitchen spaces.

UCD Village 3
Our Village 3 Apartments, located in Block D, offer unparalleled panoramic views of the surrounding areas, from the Dublin City skyline to the Irish Sea. The penthouse bedrooms, providing integrated study spaces and comfortable beds, are located in 6-bedroom ultra-modern apartments with all mod cons and large shared living spaces.
18 Village 3 bedrooms are situated within three 6-bedroom apartments.
