Assoc Prof. Helen Sheridan welcomes Daragh McCullough on RTE Ear to the Ground discussing the benefits of multi-species swards compared with standard rye-grass pastures. Multi-species swards is a major area of ongoing research at the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science looking at tackling the challenges and opportunities it presents for sustainable farming.
