Library Access runs from 1st October to 30th September each year.

To be eligible to apply for Library Access, you must have completed at least one year at UCD at either undergraduate or graduate level.
* In keeping with other University services, Library access will be issued via a Campus UCARD. The UCARD can be renewed each year by updating the card rather than issuing a new one. The UCARD carries a photograph for identification purposes.
Important Note 1: Your UCARD will be activated for Library access within 1 hour of joining, once approval is granted from the Library.
Important Note 2: You will need to clear any outstanding library loans you have with the Library prior to joining – contact the Library directly on this matter at (opens in a new window)email@example.com. Or if you have any outstanding College fees, please contact the UCD Student Desk.
